Fender (Wheel Arch Liner)
Fender is vehicle body that frames a wheel well (the fender underside). Its primary purpose is to prevent sand, mud, rocks, liquids, and other road spray from being thrown into the air by the rotating tire. Fenders are typically both soft and rigid depend on design.

- Corrosion Resistance: Exposure to water, salt, road chemicals, and varying weather conditions can cause corrosion. The material must be resistant to these elements to ensure longevity.
- Water and Moisture Resistance: The material should not absorb water or be significantly affected by moisture, which could lead to increased weight, degradation, or mold growth
- Durability: Overall, the material needs to be long-lasting and able to maintain its properties throughout the vehicle's lifespan
Strong
- Impact Resistance: Wheel arch liners are constantly bombarded by stones, debris, and other road hazards. The material must be able to withstand these impacts without cracking or puncturing
- Abrasion Resistance: Similar to impact resistance, the material needs to resist being worn away by the constant friction from debris and water.
Slim
- Lightweight: To minimize the vehicle's overall weight and improve fuel efficiency, the liner material should be as light as possible without compromising other properties
- Flexibility: A degree of flexibility is needed to allow the liner to conform to the shape of the wheel arch and absorb minor impacts or vibrations

HDPE

MFR = 0.16 g./10 min.. and density 0.956 g./ cm3 . It is HDPE film grade which has special feature of output increment, good processability and drawdown ability. This grade is suitable for high productivity or high speed machine to produce ultra thin films and general purpose films. It exhibits high mechanical strength, good stiffness and good heat sealability.
LLDPE
InnoPlus
Linear low density polyethylene which is designed for injection molding application. This grade has very narrow molecular weight distribution with special properties as follows: excellent impact strength, high rigidity, environmental stress cracking resistance.
