How to Use X PURGE

X PURGE

X PURGE is high efficiency ready-to-use purging compound which provides fast and effective color, material change and contaminant removal in the machine without disassemble. X PURGE will reduce machine downtime and maximize productivity.

This product is designed for cleaning various types of the machine such as Injection Molding machine, Blowing Molding machine, Blown Film machine, Sheet Casting machine, Sheet / Profile Extrusion machine.

The cleaning procedures of X PURGE are divided into 4 steps

Step 1: Preparing

  • Clean hopper and empty the barrel by running machine until the material is used up
  • Adjust screw speed by 30 - 50 percent of normal condition and remove screen pack, if the machine is equipped.

Step 2: Cleaning

  • Pour X PURGE into the hopper.
  • Purge continuously until machine is completely clean.

Step 3: Flushing the X PURGE

  • Run machine until X PURGE is used up.
  • Flush out the remaining X PURGE by using the next desired material.

Step 4: Starting next production

  • Adjust processing condition to normal and install screen pack, if the machine is equipped.
  • Then start the next production.
