Primary surfactant with key foaming and cleansing agent.

 

An emulsifier and moisturizer. Small amount of oleic acid is also used as an excipient in pharmaceuticals, an emulsifier and solvent in aerosol products.

An anionic oil-in-water emulsifier thickening properties which is widely used in personal care products such as soaps, creams and lotions.
