PHENOL
Phenol is used as feedstock to produce other downstream product such as engineering plastics that are in high demand in high-growth industries including automotive, electrical appliance and electronics and construction.
GC is a sole producer and the largest production capacity of Phenol and Acetone in Southeast Asia.
Phenol plant: Phenol and Acetone with capacity of 492,000 and 304,000 tons per year, respectively.
Bisphenol A (BPA) plant: with capacity of 157,500 tons per year*.
