General - Purpose Grade

X PURGE GX168 is a general-purpose grade which provides fast and effective material change and contaminant removal in the machine without the need for machine disassembly and it can be used for both injection and extrusion machine. X PURGE GX168 is can be used on the temperature range between 140 - 240 °C which is suitable for cleaning PE, PP, PVC, and etc.

The compound is tailor-made for cleaning various types of machines including injection and extrusion machine such as blow molding, sheet casting, profile extrusion. It works well in temperatures ranging from 140 - 240 °C and is suitable for manufacturers of PE, PP and PVC products.

High-Heat Resistant Grade Plastic Purging Agents

For high-heat resistant grade plastic purging agents that offer high stability at temperatures between 200 and 340 °C. X PURGE EX20T is recommended to be used on the temperature range from 200 - 340 °C, suitable for PP, PS ABS, PC, Nylon, and many more.

Low smoke and smell grade

X PURGE PX319 is superior efficiency purging material which provides fast and effective cleaning plastic processing machines. This helps reduce machine downtime and/or maximize productivity. This PX319 can be used for cleaning injection machine both for cold and hot runner also. The new grade is design for temperature range 200 – 290 °C which can applicable for PE, POM, PP, ABS, PA6 + Glass fiber and etc.

Circular plastic container without handles is divided into 2 types according to the nature of the lid. 1. Is an open lid with a metal belt to tighten the lid which is not easy to open and this type is suitable for packing chemicals or food with high viscosity, such as core chemical substance of shampoo or Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate, etc. 2. The other type has 2 small caps with 2 lids on top of the container which is suitable for packing chemicals or food with low viscosity and easy pouring such as Solvent etc.
