High-quality Metallocene Liner Low Density Polyethylene is ideal for mixing into the seal layer formulation of flexible packaging. It improves sealing performance at lower temperatures (Low Seal Initial Temperature: Low SIT) while maintaining strong and durable seals.​

Examples of flexible packaging that can be formed using this type of plastic resin are laminating films for seal layers and multi-layer packaging films which are suitable for Form Fill Seal and Pre-Made Bag packaging production.​

เมื่อวันที่ 16 กันยายน 2568 บริษัท พีทีที โกลบอล เคมิคอล จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ GC ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปี ครั้งที่ 43/2568 ของสมาคมอุตสาหกรรมพลาสติกไทย ณ ห้องแกรนด์ บอลรูม โรงแรมรามาดา พลาซา บาย วินด์แฮม แบงคอก แม่น้ำ ริเวอร์ไซด์

นอกจากนี้ GC ยังได้ร่วมจัดบูทให้ความรู้และประชาสัมพันธ์ผลิตภัณฑ์ ตลอดจนจำหน่ายสินค้า Upcycling เพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า และสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมกับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน

High density polyethylene pipe is for large pressurized water piping systems which can produce up to 2000 mm OD. The product is certified PE100 class following to ISO4427 standards. On September 29–30, 2025, Mr. Panchoak Auetanapa, Senior Vice President - Polymers, PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (GC), welcomed Mr. Artite Pattanapongchai, Director of Standards Division, along with a delegation from the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI), a key government agency responsible for setting industrial standards in Thailand, in visiting the Chemical Experience Museum and the InnoPlus Solution Center (ISC).

During the visit, both TISI and GC engaged in discussions and knowledge exchange on Thai Industrial Standards (TIS) and the application of plastic resins, aiming to strengthen confidence in the quality of GC’s polyethylene resins within the industrial sector.

This visit not only reflects the strong collaboration between the public and industrial sectors but also reinforces GC as a leader in innovation and sustainability, dedicated to raising the standards and quality of Thailand’s polymers resin to international competitiveness.

March 29, 2023, PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (GC) organized an online seminar titled “From Global Automotive to Thai Automotive - New Investment Catching the Electric Wave” for the company’s customers and business partners. The speakers included:

The seminar covered topics including trends and current and future situations in the automotive industry, automotive industry development: 5S (Save Time, Save Life, Serve Life, Save Cost, Save Earth), as well as introductions to Dynasysso Thai’s Compounding products and GC’s InnoPlus and PlastMate plastic resin products suitable for manufacturing automotive component materials.

The InnoPlus and PlastMate products introduced in this seminar include:

• GC has currently developed grade HD7800B, suitable for molding Truck-Bed Liner products, with improved molding properties, easier processing, higher impact resistance, and lighter weight.

• Grades HD6000F and LL8420A are suitable for molding products in the Wheel Arch Liner/Fender group. The plastic resins are designed with outstanding properties in strength, easy molding, and excellent impact resistance.

• Grade LL8420A is suitable for molding Mud Flaps products, with outstanding properties in strength, easy molding, and excellent impact resistance.

• Grade HD6200B is suitable for molding Reservoir Tank products (liquid containment equipment, windshield washer fluid reservoir). The plastic resin is designed with outstanding properties in chemical resistance, rigidity, dimensional stability, and easy molding.

• Grades HD6200B and HD6600B are suitable for molding Air Duct products, with outstanding properties in strength, no odor emission in the passenger cabin, and easy molding.

PlastMate

• Grades PC20006JBK and PC20006JGY are suitable for molding Instrument Panel (IP) products, with outstanding properties in rigidity and dimensional stability of parts. The product surface has a beautiful and luxurious appearance, while also reducing volatile emissions (Low Fogging) that may obstruct visibility in the passenger cabin.

• Grades LD2420D and C2110EH are suitable for molding Floor Mat products, with outstanding properties in flexibility, scratch resistance, and no odor emission in the passenger cabin.
