FAQ Troubleshooting Flexible Packaging Film

  1. Q : Too much output

    A : Decrease screw speed

  2. Q : Too low melt temperature

    A : Raise processing temperature

  3. Q : Dirty die

    A : Clean, inspect, and repair the Die

  4. Q : MFR gap of mixing material is too much

    A : Change material or raise the mixing temperature equal to end of extruder

  5. Q : Too low die temperature

    A : Raise die temperature up

  1. Q : Foreign material contaminate with resin, ex. dust, scrab.

    A : Check feeding and preparation system of resin. Check with resin producer

  2. Q : Broken screen pack

    A : Change new screen pack
