Polypropylene (PP) is produced by HMC Polymers (HMC) under the ‘Moplen’ brand, which covers Homopolymer, Heterophasic Copolymer, and Random Copolymer grades as well as PP of specialty grades, including Adstif, Clyrell, Adsyl, Purell, and Hostalen PP.

Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE)

InnoPlus by GC Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) has total production capacity at400,000 MTA. Produced by low pressure polymerization, using Gas Phase of Unipol process under the license of Univation Technology. This technology can provide the wide range of LLDPE products. The variety of catalysts and comonomers could be used in order to produce products for the various applications such as covering film , rotational molding, injection and wire & cable.

Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE)

InnoPlus by GC Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) has total production capacity at 300,000 MTA. InnoPlus LDPE is produced by high pressure tubular process, a technology licensed by Lyondell Basell. This technology can provide the wide range of LDPE products. InnoPlus LDPE is easy to process and has an adequate balance between optical and mechanical properties. InnoPlus LDPE is widely used in manufacturing for various kind of segment such as heavy duty film, packaging film, zip bag, general purpose film, shrink film, small blow molding container and wire & cable application.

Purging Compound

Plastic cleaning resins under the brand X PURGE are screw and barrel cleaning products for machinery. Commonly used in the plastic industry. Products from the brand X PURGE come in the form of foam and small ready-to-use plastic resins. For use according to the different cleaning purposes of each machine. Our products are continuously developed to support comprehensive cleaning of machinery in the plastics industry. Environmental Value

• Enhancing the circular economy and reducing mismanagement of used plastics by adding value to used bottles in Thailand, equaling 60,000 tons/year, instead of them ending up in the ocean or landfills.

Life Cycle of PCR Resin

PET & PE plastic products can be recycled repeatedly because there is technology available that can remove extraneous materials. This improves the properties of PCR resins to return them to having properties equivalent to new plastic resins, which can be recycled repeatedly. However, the color of the recycled plastic products will be darker. Recycled plastic resins are darker in color and different from new plastic resins because of the cleaning process and high-heat production techniques used, which ensure cleanliness and safety. Therefore, the darker color of recycled plastic resins is a result of environmental protection and safety considerations.
